The Netherlands: Orthodox Christians join Lega Nord, UKip

Dutch News:
The Dutch fundamentalist Christian party SGP is to join forces with Britain's eurosceptic party UKip and Italy's Lega Nord in the European parliament, the NRC reports.
The SGP and ChristenUnie, who each have one MEP, have worked together in Europe for 25 years. But now ChristenUnie has decided to join a group of European Conservative parties which has objected to the SGP's standpoint on women.
The SGP, which bases its politics on Biblical principles, says women should not be involved in politics and does not allow them to hold public office.
