The soldiers kidnapped Morad Mohammad Az-Zaghary, 22, and his brothers Hasan, 19, and Ashraf, 18, in addition to Karam Nasry Abed-Rabbo, 26, and Tamer Daoud Sho’eibat, 20.
Local sources report that the soldiers searched the homes of the kidnapped Palestinians and, then, ransacked their property.
The invasion led to clashes with dozens of local youth, who threw stones at the invading soldiers. The army fired rubber-coated metal bullets, gas bombs and concussion grenades, and finally withdrew from the camp.
In related news, a number of Israeli settlers invaded a public park in Borqa village, west of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Local sources said that the settlers tried to demolish the First Aid room at the park, but a community watch group noticed them and chased them away.
The settlers managed to create a gap in one of the walls of the First Aid room before running away.
The sources added that the attack is part of repeated assaults carried out by settlers living in nearby illegal settlements.
