Pakistan: Three killed in Naseerabad Levies encounter with dacoits

NASEERABAD, (The News): Two dacoits and one levies personnel were killed in an encounter on Wednesday here, Geo News reported.


Levies sources said that a passenger van on way from Gandawa Road to Sindh interior was stopped by dacoits at Landhi and started looting the passengers, when the Levies personnel on routine patrol arrived over there and the dacoits on seeing them resorted to firing, which killed one Levies personnel Ghulam Yaseen, while in retaliatory firing two dacoits were also killed on the spot.


Levies Forces taking the bodies in their custody have sent them for further action to Dera Murad Jamali Civil Hospital.
