Caridon Property wins Best Service Provider award

Caridon Property won the prestigious Best Service Provider in the Private Rent Housing Sector 2014 award on March 28.

The award ceremony was attended by numerous landlords, property developers, letting agents, property experts and politicians. The event featured key note speeches from Richard Blakeway Deputy Mayor of London for Housing, Land and Property, Martin Roberts TV property expert and BBC presenter and Peter Bolton King Global Residential Director of RICS on the theme ‘The Challenges and Growth in the Private Rented Housing Sector’.

Caridon Property are a Lettings, Investment, Development and Management firm based in Croydon.

They were recognised for the high level of service offered to landlords, agents and tenants across London. Caridon, who celebrate their fifth anniversary this month, manage and own over 1,000 properties around London and are building over 500 properties in the next 2 years.

Their building and development arm of the business are building affordable homes across London including ground floor disabled units.

Caridon Property is diverse in their activity within the property market and specialise in housing vulnerable and homeless individuals. They have assisted thousands of clients across London to find a home and this includes clients who have been repossessed, mentally ill, disabled and families with young children threatened with street homelessness.

Caridon have 75 employees and they have a large network of building contractors who are working on developing the numerous building projects across London.

Operations Director, Akeel Alidina, said after receiving the award, “This is an unbelievable proud moment for us, we have worked tirelessly over the last 5 years and have been acknowledged for our efforts. What makes us different is the hard work, ethic and morals we work with, the continuous improvement we put into our systems and diversifying our products and services.”
